This Gorgeous Rainbow Cake Will Brighten Up Your Day

(SPOT.ph) More being a way of fulfilling our sweet tooth, cakes are also a wonderful medium to play around with visual elements like color—and we spotted a cake on our feed that totally caught our eye. Dubbed the Rainbow Watercolor Cake (P880/nine inches), it's got layers of soft chiffon in assorted colors, plus frosting that's applied on in such a way that resembles watercolor strokes!

The Rainbow Watercolor Cake is a creation by Sue's Cake Gallery, a cake shop in Iloilo with multiple locations around the province. They were established in 1993 and to this day remain a staple at birthdays, graduations, and other celebrations for their Ilonggo customers.

Sue's Cake Gallery is famed for their extensive cake menu, which covers just about any and every cake you can imagine. They've got all the basics, with cakes like the Classic Choco Chiffon (P450/six inches, P780/nine inches, P980/nine by 13 inches), All About Chocolates (P600/six inches, P1,200/nine inches), Carrot Walnut (P500/six inches, P995/nine inches). They also make a mean Sans Rival (P680/five by eight inches, P1,250/eight by 10 inches).
